The hotel was at a great location with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean, providing us with a cozy and romantic ambiance. The staff was very helpful and friendly, catering to our needs and making our stay even more enjoyable.

The WiFi was a bit slow and troublesome, making it difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home. The hot water was not available during our stay, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to a romantic bath. However, the staff did offer us another room for showering, but unfortunately, the hot water was also not available in that room.

I spent my Christmas at a hotel near Bhairawaha Bus Park and it was an amazing experience. the rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, making it a relaxing stay. the food was delicious and offered a range of options. the key location near the bus park made it easy to travel to other cities nearby.

The only drawback was the slow hot water facility, especially during the cold weather. However, the staff was quick to offer assistance and provided alternative arrangements for showering.
